New Rule Changes/Proposals:
1) Roster Penalties (Late Roster, No Roster, Incomplete Roster all need to be modified)
2) Add/Drop's (your feelings)
3) Draft Rd's/Length

Make No Rosters/Late Rosters -20 to start and go up 20 every late one after that. We score so much that 10 points does nothing. No Roster should go back to the last roster submitted for the players.
Incomplete start at -10 but go up 10 every offense.
Add/Drops are fine.
I feel we need to limit defense. We have way too many. It was a cool thing to try but the Bye Weeks and finding somewhat average guys was ridiculous. Maybe try 2 DL, 3 LB, 2 DB with one backup for each spot. Keeps a good core of D but doesnt overkill it.
Full Keeper Issue - If we are going for a full keeper league, you need to realize it has to be fair. For instance, if we go into the next draft saying the team we have is who we keep, well I personally have like 13 picks in 6 rounds and Ill have a great team. If you want to do a full keeper, trading would need to be not allowed for an entire season or say not this season but next season is a full keeper league. That way people have notice and then if they want to trade picks when we go to a full keeper league, its all on them.
